As a cosmetologist with twenty plus years of experience, I specialize in haircolor, haircuts, haircare,relaxers and various hair styles. I am based in NYC( Harlem). My mission is to provide my clients with the highest level of customer service to establish a long term relationship of trust, commitment and healthy hair. Due to the COVID-19, there are safety measures, guidelines, and procedures that are designed to protect you and keep you safe. The following will be implemented *Digital consultation cards *Selective services , waivers must be filled out *Please don’t bring anyone with you(currently,people aren’t allow in the suite unless being service). Due to circumstances, I have made some changes when you are booking an appointment on my website. When you get the confirmation text or email, please confirm your appointment. The email or text message comes from Gloss not my personal number. If you do not confirm your appointment, your appointment will be canceled. When you make an appointment online through the booking app, you will have to pay a deposit . The deposit confirms your appointment. The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE ,it will be used towards your service. However, if you are late ( more than 20 min)for your appointment that is subject to change.
